In some cases, if the purchase did not fully meet the cashback conditions, the transaction may still be approved but with a cashback amount of €0.

Your cashback request is under review to ensure it meets our Terms of Service. You should have received an email regarding this cashback; please refer to it.

For travel-related bookings, Cashback will only be issued once the booking has been paid in full and the stay has been completed.
