When will the Up To 20% Off Gift Cards be dispatched?
Please allow National Express approximately 1-3 business days to process your Up To 20% Off Gift Card order. Your order will then be posted by First Class Mail - FREE OF CHARGE - (BUT ONLY TO UK ADDRESSES) within 1-3 business days. During busy times of the year, e.g Christmas, please allow for 5 business days for the delivery of your order.

What are the delivery options for Up To 20% Off Gift Cards?
We offer 3 different delivery options: Standard, Recorded and Special. Please refer to the checkout page for more information regarding the delivery option of your choice.

Can Up To 20% Off Gift Cards be sent to an address other than mine?
Yes. If you wish to send an Up To 20% Off Gift Card directly to another address, you may specify the name/address at Checkout. The Up To 20% Off Gift Cards can only be delivered to UK addresses.

How many Up To 20% Off Gift Cards can I purchase?
You may purchase Gift Cards up to a value of £100 in any calendar month from the Top Offers (minimum value £25) and up to a value of £100 worth of Gift Cards with a variable discount (minimum value £5) as long as you are a Member of the NX Rewards Programme.

Can I return or exchange an Up To 20% Off Gift Card?
No. All Up To 20% Off Gift Cards' sales are final.

Can non-members buy Up To 20% Off Gift Cards through the NX Rewards Programme?
No. This is a special discount offer available only to Members of the NX Rewards Programme.
